You've found the home for The Halloween Guide for Central Florida and all things Fall fun!

I love Halloween and am always looking for new and fun things to do during the Halloween season. I have collected a variety of events to share with you. Many are here in Orlando but others are easily driveable from Orlando and totally worth checking out!

Currently the events are listed by starting date. Eventually I hope to have a searching tool to look at events by name as well as date. Stay tuned!

Here are some tips for attending events:
• Always check the main website for ticketing information, cost, dates and times as well as costume information and their official dos and don’ts for the event.
• Be early, have your tickets purchased if available.
• Let the event know you found them on Halloween Guide Orlando!

Mortem Manor Haunted Attraction located in Old Town, Kissimmee just minutes from downtown Orlando is the perfect fall Florida destination this Halloween season. Designed and produced by the famous Extreme Fear Design & Production from Pittsburgh, PA who design and manage Hundred Acres Manor Haunted Attraction and created the first ever haunted house in the Dubai Mall. With two stories, state-of-the-art animatronics/props and live actors this new haunted house in Old Town is sure to scare the living yell out of you!

In the shadows of the theme park castles lies American Ghost Adventures. The founder of the company has been doing tours for over a decade in Central Florida. The Lubee Bat Conservancy

Bats are for all seasons and holidays! ;) The Lubee Bat Conservatory offers tours throughout the week, Sunday through Saturday, some Tuesdays not available. Tours are offered in the afternoon at 1pm, but can accommodate as early as 11:30am. Tours will typically last 1-2 hours. The conservatory houses over 200 bats representing 10 species, including the Malayan Flying Fox which can attain a wingspan of 6'. All of the bats are frugivores, and guests have an opportunity to observe them interacting with numerous fruits and enrichment devices. This first-of-its-kind museum is located in Orlando Florida, in the middle of the growing tourist district at the I-Drive 360 complex. Skeletons has over 40 exhibits featuring more than 400 real animal skeletons in clever never-before-seen poses and dioramas that brands visitors with a whole new respect for the animal kingdom.

Offering some of the hippest and edgiest movies from decades past, Enzian’s Cult Classic lineup brings classic favorites back in 35mm for everyone to enjoy. Cult Classics are offered twice per month, usually on the second and last Tuesday at 9:30 PM and general admission is only $8!

Cosplay Yard Sale And Costume Swap (in Ft Myers)

We should bring this to Orlando! 

Should you be in the area or need a day trip. could be fun! 

Basically, those of you who have cosplays, accessories, or cosplay related items you no longer need will have the opportunity to sell or swap your items and this will also be a place for those of you who want to purchase possible cosplays, accessories, or cosplay related items. Everyone is welcome, but actual vendor spots (tables where you can display and sell your items) will need to be purchased for a fee with 100% of the vendor fees being donated to donate4kidz.org. And yes, you can share a table spot.

For those of you wanting to sell your cosplay items, here is the vendor fee breakdown cost to do so....

$10 vendor fee if you bring your own table.
$20 vendor fee for a provided 60" circular table (there are 11 available).
$25 for a provided rectangular table (there are 6 available.
The cap for tables will be 12 tables.

100% of the vendor fees will be donated to donate4kidz.org, a local non-profit organization dedicated to foster families in SWFL.

If you just have a few items and you want to try swapping with attendees, you may do so while roaming for no charge.

Please email seraphima2846@gmail.com to inquire about selling your cosplay items. Vendor fees must be paid via paypal before the event to guarantee your vendor spot. And yes, I will be paying the vendor fee to participate too.

Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights 2019

Due to popular demand and the incredible growth of the event, Universal Orlando’s Halloween Horror Nights 2019 will begin earlier than ever before, running select nights from Friday, September 6, 2019 to Saturday, November 2, 2019.

Guests will face haunted houses, scare zones and live entertainment based on everything from horror legends and the top names in pop culture, to disturbing-original stories created exclusively by the twisted minds of Universal’s award-winning Entertainment team.

Doors open @ 6:30pm. Show starts @ 7pm.

Anyone with a story can put their name in the hat for a chance to share. Ten names will be drawn at random. Three randomly selected judges will score the storytellers. First, Second, and Third place winners receive a prize!
